1) Right walking stance middle punch towards D  
2) Left walking stance forearm low block towards B  
3) Right walking stance middle punch towards B  
4) Left walking stance forearm low block towards C  
5) Right walking stance middle punch towards C  
6) Left walking stance forearm low block towards A  
7) Right walking stance middle punch towards A  
8) Parallel ready stance towards D  
9) Left walking stance middle punch towards D with the left fist  
10) Right walking stance forearm low block towards A  
11) Left walking stance middle punch towards A with the left fist
12) Right walking stance forearm low block towards C
13) Left walking stance middle punch towards C with the left fist  
14) Right walking stance forearm low block towards B  
15) Left walking stance middle punch towards B with the left fist  
16 ) Move the left foot back to

9) Parallel ready stance towards D
10) Right walking stance knife hand low block towards D
11) Left walking stance inner forearm middle side block towards D
